The "Submitter" verifies that the work submitted is original.

The "Submitter" gives up all rights to sue Celtic Night for any influenced work.

The "Submitter" agrees to their work being published online on any site owned by Celtic Night, Voz, Vozula Vampiera, or Leanne Wiggins.

The "Submitter" forfits all rights to the poem save for their name at the end and their own submissions. They can not and will not sue Celtic Night or any other name by which Celtic Night goes by, includine Voz, Vozula Vampiera, or Leanne Wiggins, in a court of law.

Unless the work is directly copied, i.e. - more than 2 lines non-consecutivly in a single poem/story/caption.

Credit is fully given to the "submitters" full poem/story/photograph.

These Terms of Service are unnegotiable and cannot be changed without notifacation.
